Solace was designed for time together, whether that means a leadership offsite, wellness retreat, milestone celebration, or a few days away with friends. Two homes and a collection of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces let the group come together for meals, conversation, pool days, and evenings around the fire, with plenty of room to retreat when the moment calls for it.

PRODUCTION & CREATIVE WORK

Distinctive interiors, varied architecture, expansive desert views, and constantly changing High Desert light make Solace a natural setting for photo shoots, film, editorial work, and brand productions. The property offers multiple indoor and outdoor environments within one private location, along with space for crews and equipment. We can also help coordinate production logistics and permitting, with an adjacent parcel available to provide additional flexibility for staging and other production needs.

FAMILY ESCAPES

Solace gives families something that's surprisingly hard to find: the ability to stay together without having to share every moment. Across two homes, six bedrooms, and ten private acres, grandparents, couples, kids, and extended family can gather around the same table or spend the afternoon by the pool, then return to spaces of their own. It feels like one shared retreat without feeling like one crowded house.
